Please note that this is a very new website with unique content, and since it's difficult to anticipate future useage, the terms and conditions are likely to change quite frequently.
So please keep checking back here, as the conditions of usage will change over time, and you will be subject to the prevailing conditions as they evolve, not necessarily the ones you agreed to when you created your PiccyPuzzle.

Generate Usage
The use of PiccyPuzzles are subject to a 'reasonable use' policy, which means that if we decide that the number of puzzles you are actively using presents a threat to the financial viability of our business model, we reserve the right remove the PiccyPuzzle(s) without notice.
An example of over-usage might be if you have a very popular MySpace profile with multiple PiccyPuzzles that impose a large bandwidth requirement of PiccyPuzzle.com.
We ask you not to upload illegal images for your PiccyPuzzles, and to ensure that you are the copyright holder of the image. In other words, either you took the picture, or you have the permission of the person/company who took it to use the picture.
Use of the Player Messages facilities for spam purposes will be considered a legal matter and subject to prosecution. You should also avoid sending Player Messages that might be considered offensive. In both of these cases, the PiccyPuzzle owner can remove them immediately, so there's little mileage trying.
If you try to artifically fix the puzzle Counters in any way, your PiccyPuzzle will be removed without warning, and no refund will be due.
Support priority and time is always given to our paying visitors (who have bought PiccyPuzzle FULL versions), so please be patient if you have submitted a support query for a PiccyPuzzle LITE version.

Private Vs Business Usage
PiccyPuzzles are for private usage only - eg. for individuals who want to have fun on their own personal pages eg. MySpace or Friendster
They are specifically NOT for commercial usage. Please contact us to discuss licensing terms if you are a business who want to embed a PiccyPuzzle in either your own web page, or one of your client's.
